Formly Forms provides software tools for form preparation workflows. Formly does not provide legal advice.
2. User responsibility
- Users are responsible for reviewing their information before using or submitting generated documents.
- Users are responsible for confirming that the information they enter is accurate, complete, and appropriate for their situation.
3. Billing and product access
- Digital form access may be sold as one-time products through Google Play Billing.
- Refunds are handled through Google Play where applicable.
4. Abuse and restrictions
- Abuse, fraud, repeated refund misuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass payment may result in account restriction.
- Formly may limit, suspend, or restrict access when necessary to protect the service, users, payment integrity, or lawful operations.
5. Limited retention
Formly Forms may retain limited records needed to enforce these terms, prevent abuse, support payment disputes, or comply with law.
