Delete Account

A public deletion page with two clear paths.

You can request deletion through the account portal if you can sign in, or by contacting support if you cannot access the account.

Use the account page to sign in, review the warning, confirm the request, and submit deletion directly.

Email support@formly-forms.com from the email connected to your account and use the subject line Delete Formly Account.

What deletion removes

Deleting the account removes normal server account data such as email, phone number, login or authentication records, and account identifiers when possible.

What may remain on your device

Locally stored form or profile data may remain on your device unless deleted inside the app or the app data is removed.

What limited records may be retained

Limited records may be retained for fraud prevention, refund abuse prevention, chargeback disputes, payment records, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

In-app option

The app should also include an in-app delete account option.
