Privacy Policy

Clear privacy terms for Formly account and purchase handling.

This policy explains what Formly stores locally, what limited server-side records may exist, and how account deletion requests are handled.

1. Who operates Formly

Formly Forms is owned and operated by Frost Tec LLC. Formly is software only, not legal advice, not a law firm, and not affiliated with any government agency.

2. Data that normally stays on your device

  • Most form and profile answers are stored locally on the user's device.
  • Form and profile answers are not normally stored on Formly servers.
  • If you want local information removed, use the app's own delete options or remove the app data from your device.

3. Limited server-side records

Server-side records may include only the information needed to operate the account, payments, support, and security functions of the service.

  • Email address, phone number, authentication credentials or authentication records, and account identifiers.
  • Purchase entitlement records, product IDs, purchase tokens, transaction or order status, refund status, and fraud-prevention records.
  • Support communications, security logs, error logs, and diagnostic logs.

4. Payments and purchase verification

  • Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.
  • Formly does not collect or store credit card numbers.
  • Purchase verification may involve product IDs, purchase tokens, transaction or order status, entitlement records, refund status, and fraud-prevention records.

5. Sharing and transfer limits

  • Formly does not sell personal information.
  • If Formly later adds profile transfer between devices, profile data may be temporarily transmitted through Formly servers only to complete the user-requested transfer.

6. Deletion and retention

  • Account deletion removes normal account data when possible.
  • Users can request deletion through the app, the website account portal, or by contacting support.
  • Limited records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, refund abuse prevention, chargeback disputes, payment records, security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
